Elmley, Reculver and Dungeness, Kent, 16/11/2013

Elmley, 08.00 hours, early mist has cleared, bright and blue sky !

Kestrel
Marsh Harrier, 2
Merlin
Peregrine Falcon
Ring-tail Hen Harrier
Common Buzzard

Lapwing
Golden Plover
Curlew
Little Egret, 2

Linnet, Goldfinch and Greenfinch

Merlin, was giving a stunning display hunting skylarks


Next to Reculver,

Short-eared Owl, flew East past the Towers, hustled all the way by 2 noisy Gulls

Brent Goose, 1 single flew East
Little Egret, 2
Redshank, 2

Breakfast at Reculver, then off to Dungeness to the fishing boats

Kittiwake
Great Black-backed, Common, Herring and Black-headed Gulls
Knot, Dunlin and Turnstone
