the Bonaparte's had only just appeared / been found, (spotted by RB)
on our arrival it was staying rather distant towards the middle of the lake.

Midday, M.S., Kevin and myself arrived at Eastbourne to have a look at a Bonaparte's Gull
A good turn out of both photographers and birdwatchers,
the Bonaparte's had only just appeared / been found, (spotted by RB)
