Audouin's and Yellow-legged Gull, Majorca, 13th, 14th & 15th December, 2014

departed Stansted for an midday Ryan-air flight to Majorca, car hire, arrive hotel, 19.00hours.
Puerto de Pollenca.

The resort is quiet, we are the only two people out, in the only restaurant that is open in the town ! !

We are hoping to photograph Yellow-legged Gull and Audouin's Gull,
us assuming there would be a good number of Audouins wintering on the island.
(not on migration down at the Oed Massa in Morocco with JL ! ! ).

Not many Gulls, bad weather ! !


Day 1. Morning, light ok,

Day 2

Weather, Dull cloud all day !

We start our day back at Cala de Calobra,

DAY 3

Grey sky and it's raining !

We head to Portocolom, the weather looks a little brighter this side of the island !
plus we are closer to airport for return flight tonight !
